Certification
At the end of each academic year, students appear for official examinations conducted by Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal and receive recognized certification upon passing.

Class Timings & Structure
- Classes are conducted 3 days a week (1 hour per session)
- 12-month academic year aligned with Gandharva Mahavidyalaya syllabus
- Annual Examinations: Held in April
- Regular attendance and progress evaluation are required for exam eligibility

Important:
- Minimum 3 months’ fee must be paid at admission
- Exam fees are separate and must be paid to Gandharva Mahavidyalaya
- Only pay via the official QR code – unauthorized payments will not be accepted
- Regular attendance and progress evaluation are required for exam eligibility
Code of Conduct
- Discipline & Commitment are Key!
- Attendance is mandatory – students must maintain the required number of classes to appear for exams
- Respect & discipline must be maintained towards teachers, staff, and fellow students
- Misconduct may lead to disciplinary action or even expulsion
- Proper attire is required for dance students
- Students who fail to meet attendance or progress criteria will not be allowed to appear for exams

- Parents must meet teachers once a month to discuss their child’s progress
- Attend all school-organized musical & cultural events with your child
- Regularly check the school notice board for important updates
